Privileged Access

Replace standing administrator rights with vaulted credentials, Just-In-Time elevation and a searchable recording of every privileged session.

Privileged Access — Vaulting · JIT elevation · Session recording
The challenge

Why this one is hard.

Privileged, administrative and shared accounts are often unmanaged — with standing access, shared credentials and little session visibility. They are the accounts that turn a minor intrusion into a serious one.

The inventory problem comes first. Most organisations discover they have considerably more privileged, service and shared accounts than anyone believed, spread across systems that were each somebody's responsibility at some point.

What changes

BeforeAfter
Administrator passwords are known to several people.Nobody needs to know the credential; the vault holds it.
Privilege is permanent once granted.Privilege is temporary and expires without anyone remembering.
Nobody can prove what an administrator did.Every session is recorded and searchable.
How it works

Four steps from decision to evidence.

01

Discover

Privileged, admin, service and shared accounts across the estate are found and inventoried.

02

Vault

Credentials move into an encrypted vault with automatic rotation, out of scripts and spreadsheets.

03

Elevate

Access is granted just in time, for a defined window, against an approved reason.

04

Record

Sessions are brokered and recorded, giving auditors a searchable trail of what was done.

Capabilities

What you get.

  • Discover and manage privileged, admin, service and shared accounts
  • Enforce least-privilege and Just-In-Time access policies
  • Monitor, record and audit privileged sessions
  • Reduce insider-threat and credential-theft risk
  • Scoped, time-boxed access for third parties

Questions

What buyers ask about this.

If yours is not here, our team will answer it directly.

Ask us
Yes, and most customers do. Discovery produces the inventory, you pick the accounts that matter most — typically domain admins and core application accounts — and the rest follow in later phases.
They are capabilities of the same platform, sharing one policy engine and one audit trail. MFA challenges the person; PAM governs what that person may then do with elevated rights.
Service and application accounts are discovered and vaulted in the same way, with rotation handled so that the dependent application keeps working. That sequencing is planned during deployment rather than left to chance.
