Why iSquare TechLabs

A licence is the easy part. We do the rest.

Most security programmes do not fail at product selection. They fail in the six months afterwards — in the integration nobody scoped, the policy nobody tuned and the rollout that stalled at forty per cent adoption. Those are the parts we take responsibility for.

Our capabilities

Five things we do beyond shipping software.

We build the products ourselves, which means the people who design your solution can change the product if your requirement needs it. That is the difference this page is really about.

01 — Solutioning

Design the answer before choosing the parts.

Solutioning starts with your estate rather than our feature list: which identities exist, where they are held, which systems carry sensitive data, and which of those an attacker would actually go after first.

  • Discovery and assessment — identity sources, privileged and shared accounts, directories, applications and the data flows between them
  • Risk-ranked findings — what would genuinely hurt, in order, rather than a flat list of everything imperfect
  • Target architecture — how authentication, access, privilege and data control fit together across your environment
  • Phased roadmap — sequenced so each phase delivers something working, with the parts you should defer clearly marked
  • Deployment model advice — on-premise, private cloud or as a service, chosen against your regulator and your team

Where an existing tool you have already paid for solves part of the problem, we will say so.

Access request verified through push approval, device posture and location checks
02 — Implementation

The part where most programmes quietly stall.

Our engineers do the deployment work — directory federation, application onboarding, policy authoring, migration and rollout — rather than handing you a runbook and a support address.

01

Assess & design

Environment discovery, integration inventory and a deployment design your team signs off before anything is installed.

02

Pilot on something real

One genuine business system, not a sandbox — so the business case rests on your own traffic and your own users.

03

Integrate

SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RADIUS and REST integrations, plus custom connectors for the in-house and legacy systems no vendor supports.

04

Migrate & roll out

Phased user migration with both paths live during cutover, enrolment campaigns, and helpdesk preparation before day one.

05

Tune

DLP detectors calibrated against your real traffic in audit-only mode; authentication policy tuned per application and risk level.

06

Handover & operate

Documentation, administrator training, and a support relationship with people who know your deployment by name.

03 — Security consulting

Advice from people who then have to make it work.

Our consultants are not separated from delivery. Whoever advises you on an architecture is accountable for it functioning afterwards, which changes the quality of the advice.

Engineering depth

We can change the product for you.

This is the capability a reseller cannot offer and an integrator cannot promise. Both products are ours — the kernel enforcement, the authentication protocols, the console and the connectors.

When your requirement needs a connector that does not exist, a detector for a document format specific to your industry, or an authentication flow your regulator insists on, it goes onto a roadmap we control. Not a vendor's backlog in another timezone.

It also means support escalations end with the person who wrote the code, rather than with a ticket raised on your behalf.

Custom connectors

Integrations for in-house and legacy systems, delivered as maintained code rather than a one-off script.

Custom detectors

Pattern rules for the document and record types specific to your sector, with a regex test sandbox.

Roadmap influence

Capability requests from customers shape what we build next, and we are honest about timelines.

Continuous R&D

Geo-Velocity, Blockchain, Post-Quantum and IDaaS are active work, not marketing language.

How we compare

Where the accountability sits.

Each of these models is legitimate. The question is who owns the gap between the licence and a working control — and in three of the four columns, the answer is you.

How we work

Four commitments we will be held to.

01

Say the hard thing

If a control you already own solves the problem, we will tell you — even when that costs us the sale.

02

Finish the work

An engagement ends when the control is live and someone is monitoring it, not when the design document is delivered.

03

Price without surprises

Integration effort is scoped and quoted up front. No module quietly becomes mandatory mid-rollout.

04

Own the seam

Where two systems meet is where incidents start. We take responsibility for the join, including parts we did not build.

Fair warning

When we are not the right answer.

Honesty about fit saves everyone a quarter. We are probably not your best option if:

  • You need a specific named product for a contractual or group-policy reason — we will help you deploy it, but buy it from its vendor.
  • You want the cheapest possible licence with no implementation support. Our model does not compete on that axis.
  • Your requirement is purely physical or network security with no identity or data component.
  • You need on-site staff in a region where we have no presence.

“Ask any provider one question: when this control fails at three in the morning, whose engineer picks up — and can they change the code? The answer tells you what you are actually buying.”

iSquare TechLabsDelivery practice

Questions worth asking any vendor

  • Who writes the integration for our legacy system, and at what cost?
  • Who tunes the policy after go-live, and for how long?
  • What happens to data residency if you are acquired?
  • Can you change the product if our regulator requires it?
  • What does the exit look like if we leave in year two?

Bring us your hardest requirement.

An offline plant floor, an air-gapped environment, a legacy application nobody will touch, a department that will not tolerate friction. We will tell you plainly whether we fit.
