Privacy, terms and disclosure.

1. Privacy policy

iSquare TechLabs (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, work email, telephone number, organisation and the content of any enquiry you submit through this website or by email.
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, collected to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.
  • Customer product data. Where you license our products, the data they process is governed by your licence and deployment agreement, not by this page. In on-premise and private-cloud deployments that data never reaches us at all.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry and, where you have asked for one, arrange a demonstration.
  • To deliver licensed products and support, and to meet our obligations under them.
  • To send product updates, where you have specifically consented to receive them.
  • To protect this website and our systems from misuse.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written contract — hosting, email delivery and customer relationship management — and with authorities where the law requires it. Our processors are listed on request.

Where it is held, and for how long

Website and enquiry data is held in data centres located in India. Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to erase them sooner. Product data in your own deployment is retained according to your own configuration and agreement.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to sales@isquaretechlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

2. Terms of use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

  • Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not security, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.
  • Service descriptions, service levels and metrics shown on this site are indicative. The commitments that bind us are those in a signed agreement.
  • All trademarks, text, graphics and software on this site remain the property of iSquare TechLabs or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
  • Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe interoperability.
  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website, platform or infrastructure, we want to hear from you and we will not pursue action against researchers who follow this process in good faith.

  • Email sales@isquaretechlabs.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue.
  • Give us a reasonable period — normally 90 days — to remediate before any public disclosure.
  • Do not access, modify or delete data belonging to others, and do not degrade our services or those of our clients.
  • Do not use social engineering, physical intrusion or denial-of-service techniques.

We acknowledge reports within two working days, keep you updated on remediation, and credit reporters publicly where they wish to be named.

4. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to serve pages and remember your interface preferences. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated and consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
