IT Specialist
Manage our cloud and on-premise servers and take our products from build to live customer environments — with strong networking, operating-system and deployment fundamentals behind you.
What you will do
- Administer and maintain cloud and on-premise server infrastructure
- Plan and execute product deployments into customer environments
- Support product implementation, configuration and go-live
- Troubleshoot across the networking, operating-system and application layers
- Document deployments and hand over cleanly to support
What we are looking for
- Solid grounding in networking — TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls and VPN
- Comfortable administering both Windows and Linux servers
- Exposure to cloud platforms and on-premise data centre operations
- Methodical about deployment, testing and documentation
- Willing to learn security products in depth — we will teach you the rest
